"We had never been to this clinic before, but were in need of an emergency vet. They took us right in and made us feel like valued customers that had been there for years. Unfortunately, it turned out that our dog was in kidney failure and there was nothing more that could be done. The vet and staff made him as comfortable as possible, led us into a private room for the process of putting him down, and gave us space to grieve. I can't imagine a more beautiful way to say goodbye to our dog, who had been a part of our lives for 16 years. Thank you for caring for us so wonderfully!"
