Only refills of your pet's medications can be requested with E-Fills, and in accordance with state regulations all pets must have been seen by a licensed veterinarian within the past calendar year. Up to three prescriptions plus flea and heartworm prevention can be ordered at one time per pet. Your prescription can then be requested to be mailed or picked up at Gladstone Animal Clinic. All mailed refill requests will have a $4.50 s/h fee assessed in most cases (oversized orders may vary). For all delivery requests, a veterinary staff member will call you, confirm the order and final bill, as well as take payment over the phone via credit card (Mastercard, Visa and Discover ONLY accepted).
